Each cell shows the winner with their running tournament count and career OE slam count at the time of the title (e.g. "(1 🇦🇺, 7 total)" = 1st AO win, 7th major overall). Empty cells: tournament not held. *1977 had two Australian Opens (January and December) as the tournament transitioned scheduling from year-end to year-start. Both editions count as official slams.
PEAK · Best per player: each player's single best end-of-year season, ranked above the year's #10 player. PEAK · All seasons: top 50 (player, year) combinations - same player can appear multiple times. ERA: career sum of positive adjusted EOY ratings (years below the year's #10 don't count).
